Allow tagging of items #96

Besides the really good tracking functionality, I'm missing a way to
tag/mark/categorize entries.
In my use case, I would like to be able to "mark" entries, that I've already
charged my customer. So when I'm about to write the next invoice, I don't get
mixed up with entries that are still open or closed.

For this I could imagine having a
* simple checkbox in the item properties (maybe a bit awkward; better use:)
* color labels (like for files in Finder) (sufficient for me ;) )
* a general purpose categorization/tagging feature (could be used for all kind
of use cases, but maybe harder to implement)

would this apply to tasks / projects or individual recordings. I track those
marked entries via open/closed tasks.

I see this on the level of individual recordings.
Tracking completed/invoiced recordings by closing the framing task could be an
alternative option, if your project just contains a single (or very small
number of) task(s).
Usually, I've a project with several parallel running tasks that will receive
recordings during a particular period. At the end of that period, I invoice the
accumulated recordings for the different tasks to the customer.
Now it would be nice to tag or mark those recordings as "invoiced".
Closing the accounted tasks doesn't seem feasible to me, because I need to
continue recording on those tasks for the next invoice period.
