[ ] There is a stage data.spatial.code_changes that is never used anymore. I guess we can delete it.
[ ] The stage data.spatial.codes only provides the IRIS / municipalities / departments / regions that are requested by configuration. I think we can derive this from other data sets. Maybe we can replace the stage and the data source?
The data for IRIS / municipality / etc. code changes over the years is not available for a week or two now: https://www.insee.fr/fr/information/2017499
A request to INSEE has not been answered so far.
