Loads actors without mods #5

No mater what I do, snapper saves only the appearance/clothes and never loads the gear, I'm using brio spawns and tried with like 10 people already

Just validated snapshotting an appearance against latest Penumbra, it appears to be alright. Would you mind zipping up a snapshot you're having issues loading and attaching it for me?
