What does this PR do?

This PR adds some minor fixes for things encountered in RTEQcorrscan, notably templates with nan-channels were not considered equal in groupings.

Why was it initiated? Any relevant Issues?

Testing and extension of RTEQcorrscan funded by the RCET programme.
