After uploading media, popup doesn't close automatically. #30

\ tested with Iceweasel 38.7.0 on Debian 8, Firefox 45.0 on Fedora 23, Chromium 49.0.2623.87 on Debian 8.3 (64-bit) **

Reproduction steps

  1. Create New Bulletin or new Actor (or edit an existing one) in CUI.
  2. In "Related media" in Bulletin edit interface, or in "Actor image" in Actor edit interface, click on "Upload New Media".
  3. Fill in "File label" box, select file to upload, then click on "Upload media".

    Expected results

File is uploaded and upload pop-up closes.

Actual results

File is uploaded, but upload pop-up remains open and users must close it manually.

Desired results

A prompt could appear to ask users if they want to add other media. If yes, the form stays open, if not, it closes.
