Remove scraping / import front-end. #61

There's no scraping or import code. Just a front-end! Creating an import feature would be a big, tricky job, and the front-end is quite broken right now. We should probably remove it!

Added a switch to show the Monitoring menu option (off by default). Deployed to demo2 and demo3
