When a repo is locked by local password, it should only be possible to unlock it by entering that local password

Steps to reproduce

• add fingerprint to the device
• in oursync app, create a repo, add a few files to it
• go to security page for that repo and create a local password for it
• then lock the repo by tapping on the lock icon
• tap on the repo name, to see its contents

Expected results:

• the repo should be possible to unlock only by typing in the correct password

Actual results:

• user is able to type in a pwd as well as move the biometrics toggle. Then they see this and are able to unlock the repo by using the fingerprint

• This is a problem because
