Mobile Background Notification #431

Please allow the app on Android and iOS to have a background notification to show that the app is running in the background.

The desktop version of the app will have the tray icon to show the app is running and will allow the app to be closed to the tray which is excellent!

I like the idea of having the notification icon personally. However it doesn't seem to be the expected UX on Android. When I look at e.g. google drive or dropbox, they don't show this. Perhaps we can make a toggle option in the settings to enable/disable it.
