Uninstall user and post meta deletion #584

When the edac_delete_data option is checked in the settings should we delete all posts and user meta? This is a placeholder for discussion.

@pattonwebz and I have discussed this and it would best be handled with a custom Accessibility Checker post meta table or some cron-controlled junk clean up. A separate issue will be opened internally.
