Add action in js validate that sends the request through to operate on

To support tracking fails and handle a performance enhancement for the full site scan properly some addition things need to happen when the js validate method is running.

In an effort to avoid adding any more pro supporting functional code to the free plugin I am adding this filter so that the functional code can stay in the pro plugin entirely.
