[Marker.io] wrong fees #1223

when adding S-corp, enrollment fees are off.

None of our levels have a $199 enrollment fee; also there are two enrollment fees listed. Currently we don’t have enrollment fees through November, so both can be taken off.

Set to Enrollment fee to 0 and deleted disclaimer from s-corp section
