[Marker.io] Too much between picture/top and article content #706

Steps to reproduce:

Actual result:

Expected result: I should see article content by this point below the picture. We need to change the block design of the author / reviewed by (which should probably be less emphasized) and/or the big editorial ethics block

@tronsymphony make these changes:

  1. Change .site-main-article-content .hero_featured_image margin-bottom to 20px.
  2. Change .site-main-article-content .site-main-article__author-data margin-bottom to 20px.
  3. Change .site-main-article__author-data-editorial_statement margin-bottom to 20px
