primary monitor flickering randomly on windows11 #951

After started neovim-qt, primary monitor will randomly flickering. I can't find a stable way to reproduce it, but I have tried to disable animation / update drivers / change cable / use laptop screen, and it won't work.

nvim version: nvim-0.7.0-dev+660-gd3585e0ec sys version: win11 21H2

after dig into this, found out it's because wakatime
