i'd like to collect with local cluster (on-prem), ship logs to regional edge cluster on packet, aggregate relevant metrics on central, store.

I'm concerned with IoT use cases primarily--looking into hologram.io-style connections for example, small devices with high compute/storage requirements to ship from.

this has the added advantage of really shaking down k3s on ARM; i know Rancher considers ARM a first class citizen, but I'd like to ensure this is the case on our lines of ARM devices in particular with all added automation (see ticket re: federation, storage driver)
