[Metal] remove facility properties from this SDK #49

Equinix Metal deprecated facilities in favor of metros in April 2023. As of January 2024, facilities have been (largely?) removed from Equinix Metal; to avoid confusion and simplify code, we should remove the deprecated facility-related properties from this SDK entirely.

This is waiting on an Equinix Metal API release that removes non-working facility properties from the Metal OpenAPI spec
