This CSI provider is no longer useful as the service backing it has been deprecated and will be generally shut down, June 1, 2021.

Affected users have been notified. Speak with your Account Manager or the Success team about alternatives. For more information, see: https://metal.equinix.com/developers/docs/storage/elastic-block-storage/#deprecation

The API will generally return API errors upon attempted to list volumes when there are none or when creating new volumes.
