Today it is hard to see for a given pr/prod deployment which apps were actually deployed. You would have to scroll through all the workflow step logs to see. With this PR every workflow will have a markdown output listing all the deployed apps
It would be nice to see it in the PR conversation tab but its probably not that easy because the deployment relies on a branch which is not necessarily a PR
