FYI Pushed update on the description of transfer to the prod doc site based on dialog with Atle and Jan Inge. Indicate how we break down Transfer into more specific parts and the suggestions for terms and definitions to use https://docs-procosys-one-team-docs-prod.radix.equinor.com/solution/roadmap/transfer/

The main ones relevant for now in the Fusion app is:

• Transfer of custody between project and operation
• Tag update from planned to as-built (happens automatically when the RFOC certificate is accepted, but might be nice with a simple UI confirmation)
• Maintenance history transfer - Highlight maintenance history acquired in ProCoSys which should be manually handed over to operations

Maintenance history kommer litt senere i prosessen. En må først intialisere RFOC sertifikatet med en gitt scope (et set med tags), noen rapporter for å dokumentere nåværende state og signature workflow.

Først når siste signatur er gjort vil taggene blir satt til as-built i STID (kan mock opp en spinner som kjører i ~10 sekunder). Så kan en få oversikt over maintenance history
