Error missing completion and well segmentation #51

Due to uncertainty analysis, it is possible that pre-processor will produce different number of branches on WELSEGS and COMPSEGS. Completor should not process this information since we have inconsistency and unknown intention from the user.

Expected behavior: Completor gives error message on that the number of branch / lateral defined in WELSEGS and COMPSEGS is inconsistent. Completor exits.
