ci: Automate FMU ERT Integration Test #91

Description

Running integration test for Completor with recent ERT system

Why

Automate things

How

Run on latest Ubuntu
Checkout or install latest ERT
Run ert_test.ert on /test-data
If runs completed, ERT should give message Experiment completed.
