In order to collect needs and requirements about colours from different teams, we need to start a cycle of meetings with some key teams: Amplify, Fusion, Echo, STID and Christian Chris.

In each of the meetings, the goals are:

Communicate the current status of colours
Start a collaborative work together
Collect quantitative and qualitative information about the product teams in relation with colours
Invite them to collect a FigJam file and answer some questions for the next session
Ask them to collect examples that shows us how they work with colours

Action points:

[x] Set up the meeting with Amplify
[x] Set up the meeting with IOC
[ ] Set up the meeting with Echo (after 7th October)
[x] Set up the meeting with Reshape (contacted Arezoo)
[x] Set up the meeting with Fusion (contacted Fredrik)
[x] Set up the meeting with STID
[ ] Take in consideration Mobility Team products
[x] Set up the meeting with Appraise
[x] Create the FigJam file
[x] Define the questions to collect data and to collect feedback

We already had meetings with Amplify, STID, REN and we already defined the questions to collect quantitative and qualitative data and sent it to the teams.

We have pending meetings with Fusion, Frederik is already back, I already contact him; Echo will be able after 7th October and from Reshape I contacted Arezoo and Im waiting for her answer.

It is necessary to make a Figjam file for Mobility team where Im going to collect the colour feedback related to the different products as the designers are in a transition phase from Bouvet to Capgemini.

Notes after IOC meeting:

They have their own colour library, which they said it worked very well for their needs. So they will work on the Figjam file to explain us their needs and how they are using this extended versions of colours. This will be very useful to have in consideration in case we have other teams/projects with the same needs.
Keep an eye in one of their products they mention as is an example about the usage of lot of tables, this one is aligned almost 100% with EDS and also a very good example of a project with lots of additional colours :)
They recommended to add to Amadeus to the conversation as is one of their team members with valuable feedback for this project
