Create animated .gif / .svg of progress indicator #1527

When designer create prototypes and needs to show that the product is in loading state, an animated progress indicator would help the prototype to be more "real".

Have already created some in .gif but those are not optimal because there are not scalable. We should consider making animated .svg.

After discussion with @mimarz we should animate all progress indication in .svg and add them in CDN.
