pip install dlisio error #407

Hello, When I try to install the package, I see the outcome: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement dlisio (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for dlisio. Is there some problems with the installation?

I was using python 3.10, therefore I received that error message, so I try the issue since it has nothing to do with dlisio.
