Custom element dependency injection. #135

Find a way to do dependency injections using custom elements. Both at registration time for app bindings and at connection time for event bus bindings.

[x] Create some simple custom elements.
[x] Play around with different ways to create and inject dependencies.
[ ] Write a plan for a widget system.
