Duplicating from the secret site to production is failing #1635

Ref. what happened on the morning of the quarterly publication. Duplicating the news article to dev. worked as expected when testing in advance, when duplicating to production the Norwegian page wasn't duplicated. The same happened last quarter.

@fernandolucchesi - are we expecting duplication of news from the secret site to production to fail this week (7 February) as well? We have tested duplication to dev., which worked well (will do more tests).
