Scheduling news doesn't work

It doesn't add the custom publishedAt field, nor the _lang for internationalization

We need to be able to publish scheduled news using a customPublishAction in order to add the firstPublishedAt field (unsure if supported by sanity, investigate/bring to next sanity meeting).

For the _lang, it will be fixed once i18n plugin is updated

Sanity wrote an suggestion in the slack channel for this maybe not dependent on i18n upgrade as it is a mutation of hook so we can add _lang there?

@meols Fixed issues with scheduling news as well. You can now schedule english and norwegian news ( magazine / local news ) to publish at the same with out any issues related to lang field.

@padms - for some reason the date picker for scheduling isn't working for me, any suggestion to what I can do about it?

@meols This seems to an issue with the plugin, I have upgraded the scheduled publishing plugin. Should be fixed now.

@meols It is also possible for us to bypass the webhooks for updating the firstpublishedAt field and instead use the custom publish date and time. But why did we use custom publish date and time ( was it because scheduling was not possible then?)
