Explore if some components could be available only for spesific roles

E.g. can the some of the banner components be available only for a designer role (for 2-3 people)

When setting readOnly: true for the for the following items, they are still editable.

• [ ] Background selector.
• [ ] Theme selector.

@meols I would suggest creating a new template that isolates normal page with those of pages that have special components ( those that only designer can create). In our case topic content can stay as it is now.. we will create a new template called "Special topic" with all the components related to topic page + campaign related option and others like the banners. This way we can restrict access to these components at document level.. unlike component level.

This is to avoid the following situations

• Write more validations in page section array
• Prevent a user from overwriting admin created content with a normal one ( for ex: they can switch to default banner from special banner allowed for designer)
• They can duplicate/delete a campaign page created by designer.
