Update Careers contact form #2660

We have request from PO regarding the careers contact form. They would like to replace "Thesis writing" with "Onboarding" in the drop down and change the assignment group for the new optionOnboarding. In addition they would like to make it mandatory to fill in a "PositionID/Name" (the next input field, covered in the screen shot below) when choosing three of the four options (not mandatory for Suspected recruitment scam).
