Improve 'List of keywords' documentation

There are quite a few opportunities to improve this page:

For example:

• Spelling, grammar, and consistent formatting, eg of code strings
• Make ordering consistent
• Consider generalizing docs shared keywords, eg MAX_RUNTIME and TIMEOUT, which can be configured for each queue. Then can have a table or similar that tell you which keywords are implemented for which drivers (would also help us figure out which are missing).
• This page is very long and hard to navigate, consider moving some content to other pages.
