Add resinsight test case for well trajectory, fix small bugs

This adds a small test case for testing the resinsight code in the well trajectory forward model:

It uses a slightly modified test case taken from the OPM flow repository
There are a few small fixes for bugs that broke the new tests
Currently adds some basic tests that run the forward model, specific tests for (new) functionality will follow
