Notification button showing the latest error messages
A "See all notifications" button which leads to an overview of all notifications

@mariannewiggen - This is implemented uptill the robot card.

When an obstacle is detected the robot status reports BLOCKED on the robot card. The rest of UI part can be handled in this card. Comment if you disagree on anything here and maybe translate "sitter_fast" to "BLOCKED" in norwegian
