Integrate inspection reports with SAP #1347

Describe the new feature you would like to see The reports mainly become useful when they are visible in SAP.

Describe the solution you'd like We first need to establish the specific location that they need to be reported, and in what format. A preliminary task would be to get access to the API and test that it works.

How will this feature affect the current Threat Model? N/A
