Describe the improvement you would like to see Include user authorization which was omited in this commit https://github.com/equinor/flotilla/commit/e3677b866e9e65e83540ec216db4326240b017e5.

How will this change existing functionality? Include the user authorization feature again.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model? Fix the missing User Authorization in update installation code end point.
