Notification when return to home mission fails #1425

Describe the new feature you would like to see When a return to home mission fails/is cancelled, a notification should show (similar to the banner we have for blocked robot?) that the robot is not home and must be picked up from where it is standing, ideally with a map of the area showing where the robot is stopped.
