Describe the bug
Sometimes when scheduling a mission there will appear 3 localization missions and 3 mission runs queued. If we refresh the page then it is updated to only one. Also when the mission becomes ongoing, only one ongoing mission card is generated and the other 2 "ghost" missions will dissapear.
To Reproduce
Schedule missions a few times but it doesn't happen that often.
Expected behavior
Only one mission in the queue should be displayed.
