Localization pop-up #1552

Describe the improvement you would like to see The localization pop-up that appears when starting a mission from inspection page does not appear when you run a new mission from Echo. The pop-up should appear both places.

How will this change existing functionality? The pop-up will appear when choosing a mission with the "Add predefined Echo mission"-button. When the pop-up appears both here and when running a mission from the inspection page, the behavior will be more predictable for the user.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model? N/A
