Update remaining outdated frontend packages #1559

Describe the improvement you would like to see Most frontend packages were updated in #1538. Four packages were not updated because "react scripts", used when running "npm start", did not support them. Replace the react scripts to open the possibility to update the packages.

How will this change existing functionality? N/A

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model? Will help us stay up-to-date on packages.
