Better logs at crash #1624

Describe the improvement you would like to see We have experienced that the backend goes down and that we can read very little out from the Application Insights logs for what went wrong. I would like better logging in these cases. Maybe it is possible to have a function running at termination / failure that logs something relevant?

How will this change existing functionality? No functional change

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model? Better knowledge of what happened at the crash
