Describe the bug When trying to rerun failed tasks for a mission, the scheduling fails

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Find a mission with failed tasks or cancel a mission when it's half done
Click the rerun button and select "Rerun failed and cancelled tasks in the mission"

Expected behavior It should get scheduled
