[x] Make functionality to collect either English or Norwegian text from a json based on some language constant
[x] Translate flotilla
[ ] Make tests to verify that en.json and no.json have the same dictionary keys and that there are no duplicate keys
[x] Make functionality to let the user choose language and remove the language constant
