Process page buttons issues

What happened?

The following buttons needs changes:

• Sidebar buttons:
  • Migrate to EDS button component
  • Different colors
  • Cursor change when the user is hovering the buttons
• Chips in "filter by user" and "filter by label" popups:
  • Hovering should change the text color inside the chips
• Last modified dropdown button
  • Background highlight on hover
  • Cursor change on hover
  • Slight size adjustments in order to match the other filter buttons
• Favorite button on process cards
  • Migrate to EDS button component
  • change to EDS approved red color
  • Cursor change on hover
  • Disable button while changing state from not favorite to favorite
  • Highlight button background on hover
• "Manage label" button on process cards
  • Increase size of the buttons background highlight when hovering
