PEM: extended_petro_elastic #99

High-level PEM development

The extended_petro_elastic is developed for the Bacalhau GRM feasibility study. It needs to be made into a more generic module.

  1. Parameter control - check range on all inputs
  2. More general handling of rock physics models - wrappers, standardising wrappers?
  3. Format of yaml configuration file - json schema
  4. User interface
  5. Better organisation of top level script - do the real work in underlying functions
