Default to prod #63

Add default argument to the ERT job, defaulting the <SUMO_ENV> argument to "prod".

Note: PR show 3 commits, but first two are inherited from another PR. So the change in this PR is essentially the last commit.

The assumption is that this will allow us to remove the <SUMO_ENV> ERT variable completely (unless running another environment than prod) (?) (not tested)
