What about cases where user creates a PIT, but does not do all requests within the PIT lifetime? Should we have methods that handle everything under the hood? e.g. user wants to iterate over many objects. Currently we create a pit that is used automatically when the user iterates. This might give issues if there is a significant (PIT keep_alive) time between iterations. Is it a solution that we load everything behind the scenes?
