Dedicated method for getting realization parameters #311

parameters.txt is uploaded automatically with fmu-sumo-uploader during FMU runs, with content: parameters and name: parameters.

Based on question from @alifbe, consider making specific method for fetching parameters from a specific realization, corresponding to parameters.txt.
