What does this pull request change?

add Storybook
add stories
fix styling of HighlightedDocumentItem (improves reuse)

Why is this pull request needed?

Storybook increase developer productivity when implementing and reusing components. Benefits are:

easy to test design edge cases (with different mockup sets)
global styling issues
fully reusable components.

What should be tested by reviewer?

Launch storybook:

yarn && yarn storybook.
