What does this pull request change?

Component snapshot tests are replaced by storybook-storyshots. Generate snapshots from stories.
improvements to stories.
Use decorators in stories to avoid having wrappers in the snapshot result.
Remove unnecessary font-family css. (its already set on body)
Remove global styling on svg.
Added blog summary component. ref sketches
Split BlogListing into two components with and without divider, to reuse the BlogListing in BlogSummary.

Why is this pull request needed?

Improve workflow when developing or fixing components. Structure testing for free.
Implemented new blog summary component.

What should be tested by reviewer?

storybook!
