Correct information about extensibility of EFB "Opt" (ElementaryFunctionLibrary/NorsokElementaryFunctionClass/Arithmetic/Opt), ref. #101 Add interchangeability concept to make information about extensibility of EFBs more clear. Add BlackBox as a type that shares the extensibility characteristic/property.
