Add new class to hold description and tag name for each unique sequence interface/reference

At least three attributes are required to hold the following information:

• The short locally unique "reference", as used in 'Reference' attribute in instances of 'SignalToSequence' and 'SignalFromSequence'
• Description of sequence
• Sequence tag name

Note that automation vendor need for this is uncertain, but for other AML transfer purposes it seems necessary anyway.
