Add up-to-date check #3

The komodo-update script should allow for --check flag when the user enables the environment, which tells them to upgrade, ie:

Your custom komodo environment is out of date. Current
`stable` is version 2020.08.02, while your environment
uses 2020.07.01. To upgrade, run:

$ komodo-update
